• Main Armament: 85mm ZiS-S-53 high-velocity tank gun.
• The T-34-85 was an improved T-34-76 with a larger turret allowing the 85mm gun to be fitted. The turret armour was much thicker giving improved protection. It was one of the most produced tanks of all time and saw service with over fifty countries. It is still in use today, although it was retired from Soviet service in the late 1960’s.
• On display in what is best known as Hall 2 of the Kubinka Tank Museum, although its official title is now Pavilion 2 in Area 2 of the Park Patriot museum.
