• Main Armament: 100mm D-10T rifled gun.
• The legendary T-54/T-55 series went on to become the most produced tank in history and remains in service today. The T-54 was mass produced (and therefore relatively cheap), and was a good, well balanced tank which was sturdy, dependable and easy to operate.
• This is an early Model 1946 which still had many features from the T-44 it was intended to replace.
• On display in what is best known as Hall 2 of the Kubinka Tank Museum, although its official title is now Pavilion 2 in Area 2 of the Park Patriot museum.
