Processing:
- Photomatix blend of -2, 0, +2 exposures using details enhancer.
- Photoshop:
  - Used Photomatix to process the 0 shot with the same settings and blended it with the original over the moving boats and cars.
  - Imagenomic noise reduction.
  - Unsharp mask with radius 140.
  - High pass contrast enhancement except on the sky.
  - Slight curves contrast.
  - Soft light layer.
  - Curves with gradient over sky to darken top of sky.
  - Burn foreground using layer with multipy.
  - Slight blue filter over sky and water.
  - Surface blur over sky.
