• Built: 1943–1947
• Total production: 3,242.
• Main armament: 152.4mm gun-howitzer, model ML-20S.
• The standard ISU-152 replaced the SU-152 and was the same 152mm gun-howizter, but mounted on an IS-1 Heavy Tank chassis instead of a KV-1S chassis. It had three major roles, Tank Destroyer, Self-propelled Artillery and Assault Gun. Entering production in late 1943, the type served successfully in WW2 and variants remained in foreign service until the 1970’s.
• On display in what is best known as Hall1 of the Kubinka Tank Museum, although it’s official title is now Pavilion 1 in Area 2 of the Park Patriot museum.
